I came back from an out of town trip, attempted to log on my PC and got a screen full of terms and acronyms I had no idea what they meant.
ANSWER:      911CRI!!!
I was leaving my house taking my ailing PC to...well, somewhere...when I remembered this business down the road.
It was 10am on Tues. Meeting Tony and Lloyd (and Linux!) was just what the doctor ordered.
After a few phone calls during the day to keep me abreast of the progress, I received the call from Tony at 4pm to come pick up my PC!!!
By 5pm I was leaving the shop with a perfect PC, a helluva low price, a T-shirt, and the reassurance of mind knowing ANY problem that may arise will be quickly (possibly really quickly) addressed and repaired just down the street by someone I trust.

HI!
I was getting ready to get my pc cleaned which is something I do 2 or 3 times a year when my ex told me about 911 Computer Repair, Inc. in South Tampa. Someone that will do my pc remotely. In many days less and without taking my pc anywhere i have my pc cleaned and operational and in better condition than I originally thought was possible. He is also interested in keeping it that way so I'm sure I will keep in touch.

One day I tried to log on to my bank and I couldn't. Of course I freaked out, and called the only place I had ever heard of, which was the "geek squad" Luckily for me their prices were astronomical, because I continued looking and found "911 Computer Repair, Inc." When I tell you that my computer was fixed in no time, and for a very reasonable fee, I am dead serious! It seems now days that companies do not care very much about their customers, BUT I can honestly say that "911 Computer Repair, Inc." does care, and they show it with their professional work ethic, honest advice and service. No matter how overwhelming or underwhelming the problem is for me, they handle it... with care!

When my computer at work crashed two weeks ago, I got out the yellow pages and started calling around to computer repair places. My first call was to the Geek Squad at Best Buy, and they wanted $70 just to diagnose the issue. I continued to call around to a few more places, and despite all the error messages I was reciting and the description of how the computer was acting (which by the way, no one even asked for), no one could tell me what they thought might be wrong. Nor could anyone give me an estimated time or price to fix it.

I was extremely frustrated by the time I called 911 Computer Repair, but one of their agents, answered the phone and when I told him I thought I had a virus, the first thing he said was ""tell me what you're computer is doing"". Relieved that someone actually cared, I did, and he confidently assured me that I did in fact have a virus. He immediately told me to unplug my computer from the network, so the other computers wouldn't be infected (and halved the repair cost right there!)

He gave me a very fair price and a time line and I dropped it off to him the next morning. My computer ended up being infected with over 75 Trojan viruses, so it took longer than originally thought to complete the repair. However, he never charged me any more than originally quoted, despite all the extra hours needed. I would have been so upset if I had left the computer with someone who charged by the hour!

I've had the computer back now for over a week and everything seems to be working fine. None of my files or settings had been erased or damaged, and all my programs are still working fine. He got rid of "un-named anti-virus" and installed a new virus program, a firewall, and several SpyWare blocking programs (worth the repair cost in itself!). Things seem to be going great :) Thank you so much!

I’m sure that I will need more assistance and I know they will be ready to answer any of the questions I may have.
